That money also doesn't include the value of the intelligence we've been providing, which could be hard to even put a figure on. Haven't we also changed the value of a lot of equipment we've seen to $0 also? I don't really know how that process works, but its some kind of accounting thing. Not sure if total aid numbers include the original value of the equipment, some discounted number, or the $0 figure.
