Ron laughed all the way to the bank. His rent for offices in Lake Jackson were the same as if he were in Manhattan. He earmarked like a mofo on bills he knew would pass then voted no. Bacon came back to his district like a firehose. A VA clinic in an all black small town with no veterans living there. Dredging for canals inside of Dow Chemical paid by taxpayers and more.
Local knew Ron was nuts but he made money for them. Sort of like the Somali Daycare centers.
That is why Ron was a perpetual back benchers. Everyone in Congress knew his shtick.
