The frickers have no right to be here and if they commit a crime we should just shoot them on sight

Ummm...they committed a crime by evading the legal process of allowing them to be in this country??? Deport them.

I'm not talking about the crime of being here illegally. I'm talking about if they are here illegally and then commit an offense that would be a crime for anyone to commit (eg. murder, theft, DUI, etc.).

Of course I think we should just deport them if the only crime is the fact that they are here.

There is no way this could ever be implemented. Stay within the realm of possibilities and then answer what should we do with them?

There certainly is not mandate that a country has to.

No one said there was.

I'm not going to say for sure, but I sincerely doubt that we have a similar treaty with ME countries.

So check the list. Saudi Arabia is on it...but no others.

I think Mexico and all the countries of Central America being on it is a bigger deal.

Oh it is possible. We just need real men to step up.

BTW, I am willing once I get my next 4 through college.

Edit: I'm also an excellent fricking shot.

Good to know. That may change my position regarding criminals from those countries, assuming their governments actually hold up their end of the deal.

Um yes it is. I've killed 3 people before and after getting over the first the second and third didn't bother me.

Ok. I never said you weren't capable of killing someone. I stated that it is not possible, under our Constitution, to implement what you proposed as a policy. There is only one crime where death is an appropriate remedy and that's capital murder; thus it is not possible to implement the DP for any crime an illegal commits.

If you want to take it on yourself, then have fun in prison/death row.

I have taken an oath to support and defend the Constitution. I have put my life on the line for it.
I have been wounded supporting it
I have taken life to support it.
Never once have I ever considered our countries constitution applying to non-citizens, especially criminal non-citizens.
I have no qualms in eradicating criminal non-citizens from our midst, other than my duty as a father to see to the proper rearing of my children.
After they are on their own and self supporting, If I am still able, I would happily help Make America Great Again

Well our Supreme Court disagrees with you and has so for over 100 years, so good luck with that argument. And just for the record, it's clear that our founding fathers had that intention too. Just because you served doesn't give you the right to interpret the constitution any way you see fit. Again, have fun in prison. With that said, I feel very confident that you talk a big talk but won't do very much to back it up because you know that you would be in the wrong.

If they are violent, "disappear" them.

If they are non-violent, they become property of the government & used as forced labor.

That's a hard question when you consider the cost of trial & punishment, minor crimes deport them. Serious crimes I think they must face the consequences here. Build the wall, keep the flickers out!

1. I dont believe in illegals. Get rid of them all.

The thread is empty set without illegals.

2. Who is hiring them? The stocks for whomever employed the ones who do crimes here.

Deport them to wherever they came from or punish them here for their crimes using tax payer dollars?

it would probably cost just as much to send them back from where they came...

my step dad was an illegal who got a DWI and b/c of that and a few other small things my mom has to live in Mexico for the rest of her life :(
