Question for any NYC Folks

Seeing a commie might get elected Mayor I was curious how Rudy and Bloomberg are regarded there? Everyone seems to speak highly of their work in NYC. I think Rudy should have been the nominee in 08 over McCain and in 2020 I thought Bloomberg wasn't ideal but more acceptable than anything else that claimed to be a Democrat.

Rudy was the best mayor that city (and any American city for that matter) had in decades.

NYC is approx. 40% immigrant. Safe to assume they don't all have American Values.
