The people of PR should be pretty pissed about being denied these necessities when in dire need all to make Trump out to be OMB

So the people in charge that likely gave the orders fired those that took the orders. I'm sure they were compensated nicely on their exit
No one here is gullible enough to believe the highest of the higher-ups didn't know about the aid being undistributed.
