You guys sure have a hard on for Pruitt.

Do you think anybody GAF if he is replaced?

Is Trump going to replace him with someone you like?

(and for the record, I don't care who runs his errands for him, how much his AirBnB cost, or what his wife does in her spare time)

Sounds like a case of "It's not what you know, it's who you know." Earth-shattering, I know.

Not sure if you are just naive or slow.

I'll let you in on a little secret: asking for a meeting to discuss a Chick-Fil-A franchise would not even be in the top 100,000 scandalous things that need to be drained from DC.

Chick fil A franchises are $10,000 a piece. I could buy 30 or 40 of them if I wanted to. I’m sure Pruitt could buy 100 and never miss the money. A poor person wrote that article

If that's the worst kind of 'abuse' that a bureaucrat can think of, then I'm relieved.

Agreed but how can you even think to do this when this admin is under so much scrutiny? Pruitt deserves the bad press just for being an idiot

I don’t like government workers working on non-govt related issues. If his wife wanted a franchise why didn’t she do the work. Pruitt is the head of the epa, he and his staff should be focusing on the EPA, not calling about chik fil a’s

If an employee of mine was using company time to set up other business ventures that have nothing to do with the company, I would be upset. I’m sure 99% of this board would be to.

You're missing the point which, isn't surprising. Nothing he is doing wrong is earth shattering. It's the amount of things he is doing wrong. Every week it's some new revalation about the Pruitt run EPA and NONE of them have anything actually to do with the environment.

Enjoy the list...

He reportedly ordered raises for two aides, despite the White House rejecting his request. He later said he was unaware of the raises.

He spent $3 million of taxpayer funds on an extensive security detail, which was three times bigger than his predecessor's.

Biometric locks were installed on his office doors for $5,700, Politico reports.

He came under fire for renting a bedroom near Capitol Hill from a lobbyist for $50 a night. He told the Washington Examiner: "I'm dumbfounded that that's controversial."

The agency installed a $43,000 private phone booth in his office.

He has spent over $105,000 on first-class flights, per Politico, citing "threats to his safety."
He had a tendency to want to use flashing lights and sirens on his motorcade to cut through D.C. traffic — including at least one trip to a popular French restaurant, Le Diplomate.

A former Comcast lobbyist helped the agency set up a trip to Morocco in December, which cost $100,000, despite original claims that it would cost $40,000.
Pruitt accepted seats at a University of Kentucky basketball game for him and his son from a billionaire coal executive.

His staff spent over $1,500 on fountain pens, CNN reported, and more than $1,600 on journals.
His director of scheduling and advance says Pruitt asked her to perform personal tasks, which included a request for a Trump hotel mattress.

It's this sort of government waste that pisses people off...and makes them realize that Donald is just another one of those swamp creatures and really was just saying whatever he took to get elected.

But hey, I'm only a taxpayer, why should I care that my taxes are going towards the safety detail for the head of the EPA...ridiculous

Why don't you do some research into long term members of congress and the senate. Many from both parties building wealth through insider trading, earmarks, special interest groups, bundlers, etc. They do things that Enron and Madoff would be jealous of.

If Price is dirty lock him up, and all the rest. They all suck for screwing Americans every day.

Was it the franchise that supplied the Chick Fil A for that Democratic sit in?

The hatred of this man by the left is indicative how how entrenched their power is in the bureaucracy (and courts).

They will tolerate losing elections for a time as king as they can keep imposing their will on the country through these institutions.
