In theory those votes should be rejected then correct?

I think what happens is the Dem pond scum will double vote on the mail in ballot and in person. Perps won’t be prosecuted due to DA negligence.

Democrats have realized that a lot of registered voters just never appear to vote. If they get ballots for all those and vote them all democrat they win in a landslide. Republicans have to do the same but they are really behind The curve on that.

This simply is not true Democrat’s have been out registered by over a million voter registers since 2016. They were out registered by over 100k in Pennsylvania alone.
