I'm sure he truly believed it because he and all his friends predicted it and wanted it to happen.
I remember the talking heads on MSNBC on election night when it was starting to become evident that Trump was going to win all predicting a stock market crash the next day.
It never happened. And, as we all know, the DJ is up over 6,000 points (+32%) since election day.
