"We pushed back, and eventually designed pink Women for Trump jackets and T-shirts as a kind of uniform for the rallies, and Lara reluctantly approved them in the last two weeks of the campaign, but only if we wore short skirts and heels with the jacket or skinny jeans or slacks,” Manigault Newman says.
