I can't vote (I'm registered as unaffiliated and can't vote in the GOP primary runoff) but my wife is still registered as a Republican. I told her that she will vote for Mazzei. She doesn't have an option and will do as I instruct when it comes to things like business and politics.

I don't know much about either, but I can't stand that Drummond family and my wife could out cook that Pioneer Woman any day of the week.

But Mazzei if elected, better not start fricking around with the medical marijuana rules. I have a suspicion he's going to try to jack up prices and regulatory crap.

Anyway, frick the Drummonds. And for the most part, I don't trust the Republicans in Oklahoma anyhow. They're more worried about church affiliation and Bible thumping than anything else. That's why Ginger Pedo Lankford is still in DC

If Drummond won, I'd probably abstain between voting for him of that Democrat broad.

ETA--I will be voting yes to both state questions, as will my wife.

I am the least engaged I've been in a long time with regards to the OK governor's race, but I have to ask: what's the Pioneer Woman have anything to do with this?

What is the deal with the Drummond family? hear they are a piece of work, but I don't know the details. Regardless, he comes off like a sleazeball, less so than Mazzei.

This is why I have become a little disengaged. It's the same fricking thing every cycle. Political ads are just cringe embarrassing, catering to the lowest common denominator, gotta have that bible-thumper vote I guess, it all just culminates into a steaming pile of dogshit. I've actually voted for 2 Democrat candidates recently (Jari Askins, Brad Henry) and I still don't understand how Mick Cornett lost to Stitt. I liked Keating this time, but he either got massively out-spent or just didn't dumb it down enough for the average Oklahoma voter..
