As serious as I think all of this is, sedition and especially treason would be a very high bar going strictly by the wording of the U.S. Code.
Sedition is worded as two or more people acting to over throw the government. For these awful acts to meet the legal definition of sedition, it would require a pretty broad extrapolation of the definition of over throwing the government.
I believe that government entities acting illegally in the shadows to remove the elected POTUS looks like sedition and walks like sedition, but not sure how that would work legally.

This is pretty rich coming from someone who still believes Trump colluded with Russia, despite ZERO evidence of it, other than the talking points the Dems in Congress feed him.
On the other hand, we have text messages, Congressional testimony and actual emails proving the IC was illegally spying on Trump to create a fraudulent investigation. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

It is not treason. Treason can only be committed during a time war and must in some way aid our enemy. What you are calling treason is at best sedition. But, even that is constitutionally suspect.

while I believe the top of the DOJ/FBI and Obozzo/Hilldog and probably 95 % of the congress and senate baws are all corrupt....they will not open that can of worms and send folks to jail or hang for treason, because they all feed from the same trough and do NOT want transparency, because they all have their hands in the jar....that's just the way it is....same old song and dance...sad but true

I hate to but I agree. Just can’t see it happening, mostly due to the size of the swamp.
I do believe I was wrong, the number two guy at the FBI stepping down is already a pretty big deal and can not be the last casualty.
