SCOTUS intervened after the Fourth Circuit had set aside the FCC policy. The practical effect is that party committees can continue qualifying for substantially cheaper television and radio rates for coordinated candidate ads during the 60-day general-election window, which begins today.


Why this could be important: This allows Musk , Trump and Republican associated PACs to get substantially cheaper buy rates on media, trying to save paxton, it wont work this is why there was a delay

Trump and his eight hundred million dollars were waiting on this ruling before they bought because they can get substantially more time at the cheaper rates
