What’s to stop an ISP from charging one price for access to all internet like we have now when all other ISPs are throttling service/only allowing access to certain websites?
Would consumers not be willing to possibly pay a little more for all access to the internet instead of using the other services who are limiting service?

Bingo.

But the NN pushers say there are no competitors… which in some areas is correct, but they don't give two shits about WHY some areas have few choices. They are stuck on packets and the tiny view of one regulation.

Jesus at the amount of hiperbole in this thread.

The less government in my life, the better.

Is there anything our government is in charge of that's actually run more efficiently than the private sector?

WE frickING GET IT.

You people are stuck on the wrong argument.

The point is HOW to check the ISPs. Hint: GOVERNMENT IS THE PROBLEM, NOT THE SOLUTION.
