Mother, Feminine, Yin and the absurdities of modern living

Here is to all the mothers who proudly embody the feminine
Sadly, modern living has perverted what this means...
Let’s consider how absurd the following is:
We have folks currently calling for a sex strike in support of women’s rights (advocating a position of killing life which arguably could have been prevented by invoking said sex strike/mindful decision making in proactive fashion)
How did we get here???
A little history (involving a whole lot of ego and misguided effort)

Breaker of chains, but creator of more subtle enclosures...
https://www.denverpost.com/2010/06/02/margaret-sanger-and-the-eugenics-movement/
At the root of the issue was to liberate women from “traditional” roles of women /manifestation of the feminine
This disrespect for the wisdom of tradition continues to rear its head in society
We acknowledge the impact of the single parent on family life. We admonish certain folks while blaming them for their “cultural flaws”. I argue that the primary defect is poor resource allocation (time/attention) in any situation (irrespective of race/creed/culture/status) in pursuit of achievement/ fiat/ capitalist ideals.
We are neglecting generations of young folks (while concurrently medicating and hormonally controlling them to fit the insane construct that we have created as “normal”). Does controlling the reproductive cycle of most healthy young women throughout their life make any evolutionary sense (then ironically worrying about the effects of hormone replacement in an older women. Some here may sense this frustrating irony...)
My friends on the right should note the folly in excessive achievement (too much yang...)
This manifests in absurd fascinations like travel ball
Folks on the left need to note the massive dismissal of the feminine (too little yin)
This manifests in absurd fascinations like women being surgically altered to become men (and vice versa)
https://ed.ted.com/lessons/the-hidden-meanings-of-yin-and-yang-john-bellaimey#review
Our current society illustrates this imbalance (crude, violent, stressed out/distracted)
In this setting we are good at bringing death and blatant disrespect for human life
Why? Because (at least in part) someone thought they would re-write history in a way they saw fit
We need to restore history. History that has long since been forgotten
No matter what you believe, we are being judged (your belief is not required). We need to get our shite together
Embrace the middle path (balance the feminine and masculine principle and praise it when you see /experience it)

Katharine Dexter McCormick (August 27, 1875 – December 28, 1967) was a U.S. suffragist, philanthropist and, after her husband's death, heir to a substantial part of the McCormick family fortune. She funded most of the research necessary to develop the first birth control pill.
quote:
In 1909 McCormick spoke at the first outdoor rally for woman suffrage in Massachusetts. She became vice president and treasurer of the National American Woman Suffrage Association and funded the association's publication the Woman's Journal. McCormick organized much of Carrie Chapman Catt's efforts to gain ratification for the Nineteenth Amendment. While working with Catt, she met other social activists, including Mary Dennett and Margaret Sanger. Katharine met Sanger in 1917, and later that year joined The Committee of 100, a group of women who practiced promoting the legalization of birth control. During World War I, Katharine also worked as a chairwoman of the association's War Service Department. In addition, she was a member of the Women's Committee of the Council of National Defense.[2] In 1920, after the Nineteenth Amendment was ratified, McCormick became the vice president of the League of Women Voters. Throughout the 1920s McCormick worked with Sanger on birth control issues, McCormick smuggled diaphragms from Europe to New York City for Sanger's Clinical Research Bureau, and in 1927 she hosted a reception of delegates attending the 1927 World Population Conference at her home in Geneva. Katharine helped smuggle and distribute more than 1,000 diaphragms to Sanger's clinics.[5] In that year McCormick also turned to the science of endocrinology to aid her husband, believing that a defective adrenal gland caused his schizophrenia.
quote:
The McCormick family of Chicago and Virginia is an American family of Scots-Irish descent that attained prominence and fortune starting with the invention of the McCormick Reaper a machine that revolutionized agriculture, helped break the bonds of slavery, and established the modern grain trade by beginning the mechanization of the harvesting of grain. Through the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company and later, the International Harvester Company and other investments, the McCormicks became one of the wealthiest families in America. The name became ubiquitous in agriculture starting in the 19th century and the press dubbed the McCormicks the "Reaper Kings". Later generations expanded into media and publishing (Tribune Company), finance (William Blair & Company), and real estate (McCormick Estate). Various family members were well known as civic leaders. They are descended from an influential leader of modern agriculture, inventor Robert McCormick Jr. (1780–1846), and Mary Ann "Polly" Hall of Steeles Tavern, Virginia.

Margaret Sanger and the eugenics movement

Margaret Sanger belonged to an organization called the American Eugenics Society, organized in the early 1900’s. Members from the American Eugenics Society actually formed Sanger’s original group whose name was changed to Planned Parenthood, but even the latter’s first three presidents were officers or members in the AES, including Alan Guttmacher. Sanger is listed as a member in 1956 under her then-married name, Mrs. Noah Slee. Later called social biology, genetics, and population control, eugenics was a “scientific” endeavor born from evolutionary biology. It was never confined to state-sponsorship under Communists and Socialist dictators. Eugenics operated quite openly in the United States, England and around the world. The efforts of the American Eugenics Society resulted in many states passing laws to sterilize more than 63,000 Americans. Several states passed official apologies in the 1990’s. The eugenics movement, particularly Margaret Sanger, ranted against the Catholic Church for opposing eugenic legislation and ideology.

The hidden meanings of yin and yang - John Bellaimey

Let’s Begin… The ubiquitous yin-yang symbol holds its roots in Taoism/Daoism, a Chinese religion and philosophy. The yin, the dark swirl, is associated with shadows, femininity, and the trough of a wave; the yang, the light swirl, represents brightness, passion and growth. John Bellaimey explains why we all contain the spirit of yin and of yang -- and how we can achieve a balance of both in our lives.
Our current society illustrates this imbalance (crude, violent, stressed out/distracted)
In this setting we are good at bringing death and blatant disrespect for human life

Mother"
Mother, do you think they'll drop the bomb?
Mother, do you think they'll like this song?
Mother, do you think they'll try to break my balls?
Ooh, aah, mother, should I build the wall?
Mother, should I run for president?
Mother, should I trust the government?
Mother, will they put me in the firing line?
Ooh, aah, is it just a waste of time?
Hush now, baby, baby, don't you cry
Mama's gonna make all of your nightmares come true
Mama's gonna put all of her fears into you
Mama's gonna keep you right here under her wing
She won't let you fly but she might let you sing
Mama's gonna keep baby cozy and warm
Ooh, babe, ooh, babe, ooh, babe
Of course mama's gonna help build the wall
Mother, do you think she's good enough for me?
Mother, do you think she's dangerous to me?
Mother, will she tear your little boy apart?
Ooh, aah, mother, will she break my heart?
Hush now, baby, baby, don't you cry
Mama's gonna check out all your girlfriends for you
Mama won't let anyone dirty get through
Mama's gonna wait up 'til you get in
Mama will always find out where you've been
Mamma's gonna keep baby healthy and clean
Ooh, babe, ooh, babe, ooh, babe
You'll always be a baby to me
Mother, did it need to be so high?

Mother
Tell your children not to walk my way
Tell your children not to hear my words
What they mean
What they say
Mother
Mother
Yeah, can you keep them in the dark for life
Can you hide them from the waiting world
Oh mother
Father
I'm gonna take your daughter out tonight
I'm gonna show her my world
Oh father
Not about to see your light
But if you wanna find hell with me
I can show you what it's
Till you're bleeding
Not about to see your light
And if you wanna find hell with me
I can show you what it's
Tell your children not to walk my way
Tell your children not to hear my words
What they mean
What they say
Mother
