Did this photo, which exploded into viral fame...
get captured intentionally or by chance? Do you believe it was deliberately taken and shared to let the cat out of the bag about Tulsi Gabbard's presence on site, or was it an unintended shot that wasn't supposed to reveal her there?
I'm curious because, from what I've seen on Atlanta local news, they're in full meltdown mode over her being spotted at the location.

I don’t know, but kudos to Tulsi for dressing like a serious law enforcement officer doing her job and not like ICE Barbie does for her photo ops.
