Rubio said it’s a top priority but DJT is sitting on his hands.

And Rubio with both houses are sitting on their wallets.

I now believe you are paid not by Rubio Inc but someone who wishes to make him look like dog poo.

Your doing a good job BTW.

Messianic foolishness.

There’s no such thing as human progress, just human nature, with all its faults.

What? That's nonsense. Just take medicine as a quick example

But by your premise, what is not nonsense is that yesterday's radicals are today's conservatives.

Medical advances don’t change human nature.

We’re the animals we’ve always been, and will always be.

Indeed.

Human nature is inherent. Perhaps your reference was to external expression of human nature? In the latter instance, yes.

The larger point addressing your critique is change for change sake, rather than working from an established basis, is certainly not a reliable path to improvement.

Please don't give me that crap about the Constitution being a "living, breathing" document. bullshite. It's the cornerstone of our democracy. Leave it alone.

And like everything else we are constantly changing. Our nature may be the same but our fitness as a species can certainly improve and that is the definition of progress
