It is amazing how Stalin, Mao, and the Kim's starved so many while using similar agricultural policies.

South Korea has a rice problem. They produce more than they can store. Meanwhile, North Korea can't feed it's people.

NK is a nightmare state. I've read that they have the money to import enough food to feed their people, but they would rather waste it on the military and other foolish projects.
