Does Garret Graves eventually get his congressional seat back?

The Supreme Court has not yet issued a ruling in Louisiana v. Callais (also known as Robinson v. Callais) as of December 2025; they heard oral reargument on October 15, 2025, but postponed a decision to their next term (2026), so a ruling is expected sometime in early to mid-2026, likely by June when the term ends, concerning Louisiana's congressional map and Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.
