Let’s talk constitutional amendments regarding # of justices

In my life I have never really seen the need for a new constitutional amendment. They’re rare and the last one happened in 1992 regarding congressional compensation.
I would like to see the number of justices permanently set at 9. This number has served us well in the time since we’ve moved to 9. The threat of packing the courts is against pretty much what we stand for. What legislatures would vote for it? I’d imagine at this point it would be impossible to get 2/3 of the house and the senate for it as well but maybe there are some Democrats who wouldn’t oppose it. Obviously it’s unlikely if not impossible but I think this is the issue that will be pressed the most as needing to be added to the constitution.

28th Amendment: Repeals 17th Amendment
29th Amendment: sets the number of Supreme Court Justices at 9
30th Amendment: Revises Article II and the 22 Amendment. A person shall only be allowed to serve one term as President. This term shall be for six years.

For it, sans the 6-yr term.
