Legal Question about the therapy notes

Can she bring them into the conversation then still hide behind privilege?

Seems like she opened the door herself. I think the notes should be able to be obtained via a subpoena. Or, since it is not a court of law, maybe a 3rd party could find those notes and make them available. LOL

I believe she can refuse to turn them over, but that would be the equivalent of withdrawing her complaint
