He was the guy working for DHS in 2018 who wrote the essay for the New York Times entitled "I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration."

The site is operating normally now, but the message says all user data has been handed over to the Federal Government.
This platform specifically was just designated a global terrorist platform only yesterday.

Brian Krassenstein claimed to have donated to these people after they were designated as a terrorist group. He was threatened with 20 years in prison by someone at State Department. He panicked and deleted his tweet.
