In the ultimate irony of ironies, you're coming off pretty hackish here.

Naturally.
But by whatever standard, it's allowing me to trade ideas with people across the world simply by pushing buttons on a little gadget.
Try explaining that concept to a medieval serf.

So government steals a bunch of money and work from people, they send someone to the moon and eradicate some diseases and there is no way anyone can show that this would or wouldn't have been done more efficiently without government and this is the big argument that government is moral and good.
Oh, and I'm a hack and doody-head.

Probably the best thing our government has done is allow people certain social and economic freedoms. Kind of sucks that governments have to grant things people are naturally born with.

Why are there currently no societies based on anarchy that serve as a model for a better way to organize society?

Government, in it's purest form, protects social freedoms and facilitates the economic freedoms that allow this iPad to be developed and for me to buy it and use it to communicate over the Internet.

I can certainly get on board this thought train.

We do have historical examples of societies that lean more anarchist than authoritarian.
You anarchists never want to talk about that, though.

Or perhaps your idea isn't a very good one.

I have a natural, inherent right to speak my mind as I please.
If you come to my house and punch me I the face because of what I say, the government is there to make you stop and ensure I can speak my mind.
Incredibly elementary example that I sure you'll ridicule, but it gets the point across.

That a government-less society is the best society.

Why not? You just lamented the fact that we can't articulate what an alternate history looks like without governments.
We've got some examples we can extrapolate from, though.
Those don't interest you at all?

Do I have any natural, inherent rights?
