Just got a company email to share my opinon on Gender balance in the workplace

Yep, it's everywhere. Last week I had to voluntarily take a mandatory, totally anonymous survey (that required an extra sign on to the company intranet) on the company's shiny new Gender Equity Network.
They renamed their Women's Empowerment Work Group that they started a few years ago.
It was all multiple choice "how much do you agree or disagree with" this vague statement type BS.
I gave all neutral responses. I just want to make plastic and get paid, leave me the hell alone.
And we got an email from corporate saying vaccinated employees could ditch the mask, unvaccinated could remove the mask if they their work area was distanced from others. But put the mask back on anyone approaches.
We're in Texas, but corporate rules apply.
Hell, most of us have been wearing them on our chins the whole time. Fancy beard guards.
