Normally I’d be against this, but considering the sex change surgery leaves him with a festering “open wound” instead of a vagina, that has to be painfully dilated every day unless it seals shut I’m all for this procedure.
Cut off his dick and balls, leave him a gaping open wound and let him suffer the rest of his jailed life.
