You're expanding the OP to include a bunch of stuff I really don't follow. Israeli soldiers are writing the names of people they feel have criticized their right to self-defense (I suppose, can't read minds) on artillery shells. I think it's a bit overreactive to somehow conflate that with... almost anything else.
