Any active duty military ALWAYS wears their uniform when addressing Congress. This is completely, 100% par for the course. Please research this custom because it seems you are spreading misinformation.

More like eaves dropping on people.
This is how rumors start. I hope people can be held accountable for starting rumors that led to an inquiry by CONGRESS. Or better yet hold Congress, specifically the house but the senate as well be held accoutable to the American people for what they have been doing for over three years.
I hope they can accept the next election...

Short answer...Yes
But, they will at least have some people testifying that were actually on the call this week. I don't recall the schedule to know what day, but there will be at least 2 people testifying this week that have direct knowledge.
