You're right. We need to take some serious action:

a. End medicare, medicaid, food stamps, social security and all forms of welfare.
b. Stop all funding of medical research.
c. Replace prisons with death penalty for felonies (2nd offense for attractive women).
d. Encourage nuclear prolif. A global nuclear war would weed out the bad blood.

I know I wouldn’t have wanted to be a coal miner 100 years ago. I just visited one of Missouri’s former mines. The companies used to rape the wives of miners who were injured or killed on the job. The average work week was 50-60 hours and the average annual salary was about half what it is today. Pretty bleak time.

e. Include birth control as a condition for foreign aid.
f. Make Planned Parenthood taxpayer funded for all Americans.
g. Teach planned parenthood in schools.
h. Make abortions taxpayer funded for all Americans.
i. Make death penalty mandatory for pedophiles, rapists, murderers, child traffickers and child support dodgers.
j. Triple taxes for couples with more than two children.
k. Imprison men and women who have children outside marriage.
l. Establish birth licenses for having children. Require one year of classes on parenting as a condition for the license.
