Can’t we just plug in the population of each parish and city, forget race and sex and political party and just have AI draw districts? Get rid of gerrymandering once and for all. You could even pre-code some things like keeping Fort Polk and EAB together. But forget all the other stupid shite.

Race should have nothing to do with district maps. Race cannot be assumed by political party affiliation.
