Looks like a civil war is going to be the only way to save freedom in the world.

So will these same judged stop California since they voted to redraw district maps?

No, because California properly redrew their (D)istricts to favor the preferred party.

Why wasn't it illegal then when they made Louisiana redraw their map to create Cleo Fields' district that would make Chicago and California blush at how gerrymandered it is?

The court-forced districts in Alabama are racist and embarrassing too.

Nope. I live in the state, but not the city. If I did live in the city I would have voted for Cuomo (holding my nose) or Sliwa (a publicity hound but better than the other two), Just like a nation cannot exist without strict borders, a city cannot exist without law and order.

Great answer.

Judge will claim the Tex was racial and Cal was political...see how that works??

I mean, one went through the properly defined process, and the other didn't even try to hide the racial lines.

Pretty sure that was the point. To force SCOTUS to rule racially drawn districts are unconstitutional.

California hasn't drawn their maps yet. How did you conclude they were drawn racially?
