Strange that energy prices, taxes, insurance, cell phone, cable and Internet were left off this list?

Well, relative to the whole planet, we don't have much poverty in this country, which is also readily apparent to the human eye if you ever do visit just about anywhere on the globe.

I'm not exaggerating when I say the moment a homeless guy walks into a shelter, his standard of living is probably higher than 2 or 3 billion people.
