I can guarantee you one thing. Adding more ethnic coalitions carving out their slice of the pie will not help achieve this.
The great irony in all of this libertarian wish casting is that the only way it could possibly be achieved is through a fascist absolute dictatorship that expelled all minority factions, and then relinquished power to a constitutional libertarian state (and even then, it would eventually succumb to entropy just like anything else).
None of you are willing to do that, so stop using hollow, garbage, talking points.

You're delusional if you can’t recognize the facts in front of you. I’ve already admitted here recently the woke understand power dynamics better than mainstream liberal (which is also what conservativism falls under) consensus.
And I certainly am willing to make statements that are considered racist these days. It is a conscious effort to normalize this rhetoric. The more people are open about it, the more hesitation the powers that be have in enacting their 60 year discrimination project.
