I wonder if the US govt built the Wuhan lab?

Through various govt agencies we now know nearly 140 million was spent there.

Fellas, this is not the US, scientists dont make 250K and lab techs 100K, they work for the communist govt. Supplies, power, water, security, and support staff would no doubt be paid for by the govt. So if they had a couple hundred key personnel (not support staff), what are we talking, a few million a year????
