Get some help. The political board is not going to help you at all. Seek a professional.

Prayers for mental healing to you, man.

National Suicide Hotline number is 800-273-8255 if you need it. There is always someone willing to help. If you feel upset and distraught know there is always a way forward and you’ll come out stronger for it on the other side.

This is a pretty good Paula White/Kenneth Copeland remix to listen to.

That is Trump in your ear and exactly why this mess happened. Drop him and maybe you feel more peace. This was never a stolen election and he knows it. They all knew it. Move on and don’t let Trump drag you or your entire party down another second.

Times are trying for a lot of Americans right now. Christians included. There’s nothing wrong with feeling like your back is against a wall. I feel the same way with how things appear right now. It’s only natural. I’ve had sour moments every day since November 4. But moments of prayer and putting the phone down never fail to alleviate that. Social media and main stream news of any sort is poison for the soul right now. It’s designed to bring good people down and break us. Get away from it. Do the things you enjoy and spend time with the people you love. You are a believer in Jesus. I know this because your post says so. Continue to pray as others have already said. God’s will is going to be done. None of us know exactly how that will play out or the time frame in which it will happen. Just continue to pray for our nation, pray for your loved ones and pray for peace of mind in knowing that God has it covered (no matter what “it” is). Pray for strength. Continue to seek him and you can’t lose regardless of what happens in our world. Keep in mind that things are rarely as good as they seem and likewise are rarely as bad as they seem. Let’s give things some time and see what happens.

I read Psalms when I am struggling. Turn off social media and read the Bible.

Maybe read some biographies of great Christian leaders.

Also make sure you are in a Bible study. Even if it's through Zoom, it is ok.

If that doesn't help, go talk to a Christian therapist or a pastor.

You are not alone. Praying for you.

We're in a holy war. An American ideological cold war, that's primed to go hot.

It's hard to imagine this being preordained, but it was/is. It makes me angry that it happened in my lifetime. It makes me angrier knowing what my kids will be left with should I perish before the end of ends.

I'm not so much struggling with faith, as I am anger. I am just pissed off for a good part of each day. I've gotten to where finally can go to sleep at peace and wake up at peace, but the in between is a struggle.

I find myself way too angry at those who are misled by the secular establishment government, MSM Propaganda Machine, music industry, Hollywood, big tech and social media. So angry at them that I sometimes hope they come at me first so I can refresh that tree of liberty.

I know that's wrong and I'm working on it. The true enemy is deception. The true enemy is despair. The true enemy is hatred. Groupthink, complacency and mass gaslighting are unprecedented.

Put aside pride and wrath. But stand your ground. You're not alone. Reading Whitlock's article earlier actually gave me peace for the day. Unusual source I know, but it resonated. I had been questioning even myself for a couple days now, with watching so much forced opinion and propaganda being shoved in my face about how Trump supporters were so far gone and deranged. Were they right, was I deranged? I saw the double standard. I saw a million or more patriots in DC yet only a couple hundred arrests. That's pretty damn peaceful overall. But I still let them gaslight me. That's saying something because I'm probably one of the most strong willed and resolute people you'd ever meet.

Just keep your head up, brother. If it's too much, step away for a bit. Got a productive hobby that gives you pleasure? Make time to do it. Myself, when I'm about to absolutely explode, I go fishing. It gives me time to myself doing something I love, where it's quiet and serene and I can get back in touch with nature and the spiritual and self reflect on what really matters.

Obviously not a biblical parable, but I really like the message of this little story.

One day, a man was told by God to push a heavy boulder. Being a man of faith, the man listened and began pushing. But the boulder didn't budge. He pushed again day after day and it still didn't budge.

After years of faith and endurance, of continually pushing the immovable boulder every day, the man finally threw up his hands and said "God, I've been pushing this boulder every day, but I haven't moved it an inch. I've tried to be faithful, but I just don't see the point anymore."

God told the man: "I told you to push the boulder. I never said anything about moving it. Look at the muscles you've developed pushing it all these years. Look how strong you've become. That's why I wanted you to push it."

Hang in there, buddy.
