Oh gawd

You're trolling right?

You can't actually read that and not have some sort of cognitive reasoning kick-off and start ripping those half-baked blatant exaggerations apart, can you?

Gun control advocates aren’t advocating in good faith. They don’t like us, or our values. And they want to destroy that which makes us different.

So the NRA is right. And that’s the reason they’ve become so strident.

They understand that giving an inch is a mistake.

They used to be a fantastic organization focused on gun safety and education.

Still are. Progs only know about the NRA they read about while pursuing their cognitive bias.

The NRA is one on the more moderate rights groups. Groups like the GOA are way more hardline.

It's no longer their primary focus. Hasn't been in almost 20 years. I'm somehow on their mailing list(guessing the state sells my info to them every year I register to hunt) and I get their membership solicitations in the mail once or twice a year. Very little in what I receive from them about gun safety or gun education.

The front page of their website is at least 90% about gun rights and parroting threats to the 2nd Amendment.

Funny.

They had an original mission statement that focused on teaching FREED SLAVES how to shoot too.

It absolutely is. Your bias precludes you from rational though on the matter.

Safety and training are the number one activity of the NRA. As lobbies go, the NRA isn't in the top 100.
