and got tired of waiting and left. Two weeks later they get a letter stating they were positive and to quarantine.
I think im seeing why numbers are so high and why they want testing done.
that is criminal.

Some that works for me dad is elderly and cantankerous.
He filled all their paperwork out and waited in his car.
Got tired and left and got results back saying he was positive.
Could be they are doing so many checks they are struggling..not sure it's nefarious but it's definitely happening.
At least anecdotally

This sort of thing is happening routinely. One of my employees’ mother and brother received their COVID positive notice, and they’ve never been tested. They have never even registered/scheduled a test. I’m guessing their names got rolled up in someone else’s contact tracing web.
I’m aware of two other people that did register online and schedule a test but didn’t end up getting tested, but still received a positive notice.
So that’s four people in my sphere of awareness, and it compares to only three people that have tested positive for the virus (my college student son and two of his teammates).
