i'm not sure what are true allegations and what aren't about him. reading about him today (after this thread was made) i did find he was directly accused of abuse by a child and was on the other coast when it was claimed to have happened, so he's been legitimately falsely accused before

The guy is a total creep. Or was. But it's not like this shite isn't a problem in our military too. Or within the State Department even. The shite is almost always covered up. All done for blackmail. Guarantee you a man like Aquino was in the business of blackmail. Which, I assume, is why he continued to be employed at the Pentagon. Both times he got mixed up in the shite.
