Perhaps all the cops on that island should just resign.
You do what the officer says, fight your battle in court, and there's a really, really good chance you won't get tazed or shot or maced. Not sure how many times the cop told them to get on the ground, they respond by putting their hands in the air.
Cops, greatly outnumbered, are going to respond like that that if you continue to ignore what they are telling you to do. Comply, and then ask your question. It's really not that difficult.

Amen! My dad was killed by a drunk driver, thank God the drunk died as well.

then they start asking questions...'we did nothing wrong'
this country is so damn screwed
you have the kids who think cops just harrass them, pull them over for no reason
but a common sense person says,
1. too many people - guilt
2. not operating it correctly -guilty
3. going the wrong direction- guilty
4. Passing substances/ Not sure
bottom line, this esculated because of stupidity...
they will believe their entire lives they were wronged by police
and that's why we're screwed
and we will remain...divided at least where we choose to live
Only reasonable educated none Democrat Black leaders can fix this...
it starts by talking to young Black daughters....then the black males...
stop having children....get yourself in order first
