Gen. Flynn has had a gag order issued by a federal judge. I can't speak to what Lindsey Graham's major malfunction is, save talking a great game but stepping on his own dick with respect to action, but Gen. Flynn is NOT an all hat, no cattle Swamp Creature.

Yes, because Sidney Powell's motion to dismiss is with prejudice, which also provides Gen. Flynn protection from a subsequent Dem administration circling back and trying to relitigate the case, a la double jeopardy.
There was no acceptable predicate for the case being opened, therefore anything that came of it is inadmissible.
