edit: I neve like to judge cases like this until the full facts are in. Although the officer kneeling on his neck (with others standing around casually) look bad I realize we have NO context to judge prematurely.
Plus, I can't imagine if my job consisted of dealing with the violent and mentally ill all day long.

Overzealous cop for certain, but did he kill Floyd? Nah. Perhaps a contributing factor, but dude said he couldn't breathe long before Chauvin put a knee to him.

Everything pre-Floyd on the ground fades away when Chauvin is told there is no pulse and he keeps Floyd down for an additional two minutes. Does that result in a criminal charge? Maybe, maybe not, but that’s the issue for me.

Cops could have handled this better...a lot better probably.
Doesn't excuse the fact that Floyd is a mentally ill drug addict and convicted violent felon
