What does it look like to a normal person?

It looks like a spat.

It's a spat. That's all there is to it.

There's nothing else to read.

There's so little to it that Trump amazingly did not prolong it. That's the most shocking part of it to me.

That being said, it's a shitty bill. But we're going to have to live with it and see what happens.
