Wrong. We already know that people practicing social distancing are still getting infected.

If he compares Lupus patients taking HCQ and practicing social distancing with people not taking HCQ who are also practicing social distancing, then you have something.

If the samples sizes of each are comparable, and the latter group is being infected at a significantly higher rate, then conclusions can be drawn, since Lupus patients should be at greater risk of infection than the general public.

As stated previously, the "wait and see" approach is letting people die who might otherwise have a chance to survive. If I'm dying, I'm not waiting for some weeks- or months-long study. Give me the damn meds. What have I got to lose?
