Does anyone recall Clapper saying "We know everything the Russians

do or try to do and have been meddling in our elections since the mid 1960s" ?

I remember it vividly, but I can't find it via googling.

It just really bothers me when I have something like that etched in my memory.. I know he said, he said it very confidently, but admitted the Russians are getting more creative and harder to trace via advances in technology. Why would I remember that follow up sentence?

the point of it is, our government agencies know a lot, almost everything we would hope and expect them to...yet we had this investigation anyways...it really ticks me off
