I think it was all done to insure the election of a fellow Democrat. However, the specifics were that he “owed” Clinton for her Benghazi lies (spontaneous demonstration) about a terrorist attack on the anniversary of 9/11 and on the eve of the 2012 election. She called in her marker.

The real 'collusion' was this obama fool, along with the sleazy clintons and the dnc, green-lighting spying operations on the Trump campaign.
If I am mueller, clapper, comey, brennan, ohr, strozk...I am squealing like a pig to save my hide.
