She had an R-ATP and probably came from a pilot mill flying 172’s in circles and got a job flying RJ’s. Meanwhile I know white males with 2000 hours and TPIC who only get TBNT emails from the regionals.

She met the FAA minimum standards? Yay! We can move on from the inquiry now.
