I hope leaving seats on the table doesn’t bite us in the arse when states had a chance to change them.

Will a republican majority even really matter for the final two years of the Trump 47 term? These dickless Republicans have not managed to pass one single piece of meaningful legislation in 16 months.

Does it matter? They're debating whether or not to redistrict while they can legally do it.

"Uuuuugh what should we do?"

So sick of Congress wasting this opprtunity. Same thing for the other side. They will waste their 2 years of majority on peach mints with no conviction.

As far as passing legislation? No. They wont pass anything important just like they havent for the first 6 years of his presidency because they hate him worse than the democrats.

But it will prevent Trumps DOJ from spending his last two years from having to deal with endless subpoenas and impeachments and give him a path to appoint new USSC justices if openings occur.

Absolutely! The Dems are on the verge of collapse as a party. They desperately need to win the house.

I agree mostly, but the House has repeatedly passed the Save Act while the Senate has demonstrated their weakness/ineptitude in getting it passed.

I don’t really care about what the gop does - stale mate is better than most legislation - but I just don’t want endless impeachments
