That is a understatement BB. He may spontaneously ignite from the embers burning from his TDS. Both he and Roger will be on fire immediately after Trump wins in Nov..

Can anyone point out where Trump falsified business records? This is the actual testimony:
Trump’s lawyer Emil Bove got former Trump Organization Controller, McConney, to concede he had never spoken with Trump about repayments to Cohen, and had never been directed to register the payments in a certain way, or improperly.
Bove suggested there was no falsification, in part because of the narrow way Trump Organization payments had to be recorded using the drop-down menu of an “antiquated” software recording system.
Additionally, McConney conceded, Cohen was Trump’s personal lawyer, and that he always recorded payments to lawyers as “legal expenses” in the ledger during his 36-plus years with the company.
This seems pretty important--honestly the only important evidence in the past 2 weeks.

I show my ignorance of the law, but I am unclear how a witness who has publicly and repeatedly stated that he wants to "get Trump" can be considered a credible witness. He has every motivation to be less than truthful in his testimony.

Because in NY in his cases
The AG said they want to get Trump
The DA said they want to get Trump
The judges wife said they want to get Trump
The witnesses want to get Trump
So therefore it’s allowed
