I would love for Al to explain to me how the atmosphere tells the difference between American,Chinese,Indian and Third World CO2. And how does it know what the difference is in dangerous untaxed American CO2 and that which lines Al's pocket with paid for carbon credits?

Some of the EPA shite is just that: shite becuase they listen to every single group who has nothing better to do than bitch about their specific little interest, but its no big secret that industry would turn this earth to shite just to make a buck, so yeah someone has to keep it in check.
"Because the rest of the world isnt doing it" is a shitty excuse to not do something. The rest of the world can fish in rivers that catch fire too. let them die of cancer.
And as for global warming, its imnpossible for you to say monther nature is responsible for it when that is equally hard to prove.
The facts are that there was balance of some sort in the environent 250 years ago, preiundustry. Now were dumping tons of shite in the air every day. What will it do to that balance over time? what absorbs it? (oceans? - what happens when they reach saturation?)
Its ignorant to think nothing will happen and there will be no consequences as population and pollutants increase in orders of magnitude over time.
