This carrier news is a joke and not accurate or to be believed. Guys...this isn't even a nuclear powered carrier. The reason electro magnetic catapults are not common is because they take an insane amount of energy to run. I dont know where they will generate that power without nuclear powered generators.
And this country spends many times more money on research than them. Yes I understand bad actors here and IP theft by China but this is a nothing burger article. That piece of shite will be at the bottom of the South China Sea anytime we want.
Oh and the backbone of their air power is still using jet engines from the 70s or 80s.
