I think no one on a LSU college board should be talking about how dangerous Chicago is (Chicago is pretty dangerous don't get me wrong).
But Louisiana has a homicide rate of 19 per 100,000 people. That's the 2nd highest in the country.
Baton Rouge makes Chicago look like Greenwich, CT.
