Can we send the two John’s to Russia to do ambassador type stuff?

Can we send Thune and Robert’s over to Russia and Iran for uh, peace keeping and shat like that. And can we get a long and high altitude flight for the trip back? It’s important that we send our great leaders abroad to help with other countries agendas, imo.
